Welcome to my site, featuring artisan lampwork glass beads made by me, Sarah Demo, in my Turtle Pond Beadery studio in the beautiful Finger Lakes region of upstate New York.
For a number of years I had been making glass bead jewelry when I decided to try my hand at making the beads themselves. All it took was an introductory lampworking class at the Corning Glass Studio with the talented Caitlin Hyde to spark my passion for making glass beads. That was in 2004, and I have been happily torching beads, learning new techniques, and designing unique jewelry with my beads ever since.
